Day 124

Weight: 11 st 12.4 lbs
Weight gain: 0.8 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1.4 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 34.6 lbs in 123 days

Breakfast: 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: 1 Mars mini-roll; 1 rich tea biscuit; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Snack: 1 puff pastry mince pie; greek yoghurt; 1 mug of hot chocolate and brandy

Dinner: salmon; broccoli; oat-bran galette; large glass of wine

Verdict: Not being very good this week - it's wet and miserable out and it's much easier to give in to temptation!
