Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea; glass of diet coke
Dinner: prawn and vegetable cous cous; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: Well I suppose it is better than nothing! Ate too much cous cous and yoghurt for dinner so not expecting good things tomorrow.
