Breakfast: 1 toffee mullerlight yoghurt; cup of tea
Lunch: 2.5 slices of granary bread; cheese; salad; mayonnaise; melon and grapes; mug of tea
Dinner: poppadom; saag paneer; chana massala; plain naan; pint of cider; 2 glasses of wine
Verdict: Well only a slight gain I suppose - although drink and curry really doesn't bode well for tomorrow.
