Lunch: 1.5 slices of granary bread; cheese salad; tuna mayonnaise; 1 chinese snack; 2 mini quiche; 1 mini donut; 1 mini flapjack; 1 slice of melon; 2 biscuits
Dinner: home-made beefburgers; oatbran galette; glass of squash
Verdict: Scales were out of battery this morning i.e. couldn't weigh-in - so went for a nil return - and as predicted that makes it another weight gain week. Need to develop some willpower - visiting with family at this week coming as well, which doesn't bode well for next week either.
