Day 130

Weight: 11 st 12.4 lbs
Weight loss: 0.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.4 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 34.6 lbs in 129days

Breakfast: 2 slices of bara brith; mug of tea

Lunch: barbecue chicken slices; diet coke

Dinner: turkey lasagne; baked potato; 2 small slices of ciabatta; apple crumber and cream; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Well - lost something - not so good today food-wise though, and probably worse to follow over the next couple of days - expecting a weight-gain when I eventually weigh-in in a couple of days time.
