Day 129

Weight: 11 st 12.6 lbs
Weight loss: 1 lb
Weight loss this week: 0.2 lbs in 2 days
Weight loss to date: 34.4 lbs in 128 days

Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water

Lunch: cucumber soup; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water

Snack: 1 slice of bara brith with margarine; 1 mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: over-cooked quorn burgers and oven chips; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict:: Bit better anyway - eating stuff up out of the freezer today but hopefully have been reasonably restrained and won't put it back on tomorrow.
