Day 140

Weight: 11 st 12.2 lbs
Weight gain: 0.6 lbs
Weight loss this week: 3.2 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 34.8 lbs in 139 days

Breakfast: mug of tea

Lunch: roast chicken, mashed potato and savoy cabbage; mug of hot chocolate and cherry liqueur

Dinner: parsnip and apple soup; 1 toffee mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash

Verdict: Half expected I'd put something back on - not too bad though - had a proper dinner today, so hope it's not worse again tomorrow.
