Lunch: 4 small slices of bread; mayonnaise and cold chicken; strawberry jam; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner: home-made beefburgers; oat-bran galette; yoghurt and apple sauce; glass of squash; small glass of wine
Verdict: Not quite back on the diet proper (had yesterday's bread to finish off) but a step in the right direction. Hopefully will see some kind of weight-loss tomorrow following the last few days of indulgence . . .
