Weight: 11 st 10.2 lbs

Breakfast: 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; 2 fruit shrewsbury biscuits; cup of tea

Lunch: 2.5 slices of granary bread; cheese; salad; egg mayonnaise; olives; glass of orange juice

Dinner: 3 slices of granary bread; cheese; salad; egg mayonnaise; 2 fruit shrewsbury biscuits; diet pepsi

Verdict:  Early (5am) weigh in today so pleased enough with that.  A day on trains and eating sandwiches perhaps bodes less well for tomorrow . . .
