Breakfast: 2 crumpets and philly; mug of tea
Snack: slice of bara brith; mug of tea; mug of hot chocolate
Snack: slice of ciabatta and philly; mince pie; 2 biscuits; mug of tea
Dinner: lemon chicken; chicken in yellow bean sauce; egg fried rice; chips; rum and coke; wine; mug of hot chocolate
Day 133
Breakfast: bowl of cereal; mug of tea
Lunch: cheese toastie; hot chocolate
Dinner: scampi, chips and mushy peas; white chocolate magnum; pear cider; baileys
Day 134
Breakfast: bowl of cereal; mug of tea
Lunch: egg sandwich; scone and butter; cup of tea
Dinner: home-made chips; 3 small slices of bread and butter; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: Knew it wasn't going to be a good week - ate things I shouldn't and apart from one day didn't do much in the way of compensatory exercise. Time to reinvigorate the willpower and have a good week.
