Weight: 11 st 11.6 lbs
Weight loss: 1.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 3.8 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 35.4 lbs in 138 days

Breakfast: mug of tea

Lunch: parsnip crisps; parsnip and apple soup; 3 pieces of chocolate; mug of hot chocolate and cherry liqueur

Dinner: chicken and vegetable curry; onion bhaji galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine / mulled wine

Verdict: Really pleased with that - just hope the Saturday night curry doesn't derail things!
