Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; mini Indian biscuits; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner: prawn and mushroom cous cous; glass of squash
Verdict: Really pleased with that - lowest weight yet - would be good (but unlikely!) to have another week like this!
