Lunch: swede and parsnip soup; mug of tea
Snack: 1 mug of hot chocolate; more raisins
Dinner: prawn and vegetable stir-fry; oatbran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of cider; small glass of wine
Verdict: Not so good - think I'm on for a net weight gain this week.
