Day 119

Weight: 11 st 11.8 lbs
Weight loss: 0 lbs
Weight loss this week: 4 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 35.2 lbs in 118 days

Breakfast: 2 mini chocolate bars; mug of tea

Lunch: slice of chocolate cake; mug of tea

Dinner: veggie sausages, 2 fried eggs and beans; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash

Verdict: That'll do, didn't put anything on after the Saturday night curry.  Not exactly a Dukan day today, what I did eat wasn't good, but didn't eat too much of it.
