Day 98

Weight: 12 st 1.4 lbs
Weight gain: 0.6 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.8 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 31.6 lbs in 97 days

Breakfast: mug of tea

Lunch: cold chicken slices; fried egg; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Dinner: venison stew; oat-bran galette; glass of squash; 1 small glass of wine

Verdict: Well it was to be expected - actually fairly pleased it wasn't more!  Reasonable chance that if I can have a good day I might make 2lb weight loss for the week tomorrow.
