Day 118

Weight: 11 st 11.8 lbs
Weight loss: 1 lb
Weight loss this week: 4 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 35.2 lbs in 117 days

Breakfast: 1 small apple; mug of tea

Lunch: cold chicken slices; 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: chicken and vegetable curry; onion bhaji galette; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Yay - lowest weight yet!  Will it stay off tomorrow though - rather overdid the onion bhaji . . . and then there was the wine . . .
