Weight: 11 st 12.8 lbs
Weight loss: 0 lbs
Weight loss this week: 3 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 34.2 lbs in 115 days

Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of hot chocolate

Lunch: 8 seafood sticks; mug of leek and potato cup-a-soup; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: home-made beefburgers; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Well, at least it wasn't a gain!  Hoping for better tomorrow . . .
