Day 105

Weight: 11 st 13.8 lbs
Weight gain: 0.6 lbs
Weight loss this week: 2.2 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 33.2 lbs in 104 days

Breakfast: mug of tea

Lunch: cold chicken and fried courgette slices; 1 apple; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: venison and vegetable stew; oat-bran galette; glass of squash

Verdict: Well still below the 12 stone mark at least - hoping for better tomorrow.
