Haven't posted a photo since 16 August so here goes - the trousers don't stay up now, but I do have a very similar pair a size smaller (which are also now getting rather loose). Will post another photo soon in these for future comparison - and will move the venue indoors now winter is on its way . . .
And what did I eat today?
Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; 3 mini-biscuits; glass of water
Lunch: lentil and aubergine moussaka, new potatoes and peas; diet coke; 2 mini-biscuits
Dinner: prawn galette omelette; glass of squash
Verdict: Pleased enough with that, did have lunch out today, and indulged in a few biscuits, but on the other hand, walked up a hill to get to lunch, and only had an omelette for tea. Hopefully won't see too much weight gain tomorrow - as it's a work buffet tomorrow as well . . .
