Weight: 12 st 2 lbs

Breakfast: 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water

Lunch: cold chicken slices; 2 apples; glass of water

Dinner: prawn galette omelette; strawberry yoghurt; glass of squash

Verdict:  Bah!
