Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea; mug of hot chocolate
Lunch: 7 seafood sticks; 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Dinner: 2 vegetable grills; baked courgette slices; mushy peas; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: Yay - back below 12 stone and by a reasonable margin at that. Still would have to lose another 3.8 lbs to make up for last week's gain and achieve a 2lb weight loss for each week - don't think I'll manage that but will hopefully manage 2lb on top of wiping out last week's gain. Today's dinner wasn't very Dukan, but it was reasonably healthy so hopefully there'll be some more weight lost tomorrow.
