Weight: 12 st 0.6 lbs
Weight loss: 1.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.2 lbs in 1 day
Weight loss to date: 32.4 lbs in 113 days

Breakfast: greek yoghurt and honey; glass of water

Lunch: 7 seafood sticks; vanilla yoghurt; glass of water

Dinner: chicken, vegetable and pasta stew; glass of squash

Verdict:  Pleased with that - hoping form something similar tomorrow to take me back below 12 stone.
