Weight: 11 st 13 lbs
Weight loss: 0.8 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 34 lbs in 108 days

Breakfast: 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; 4 mini-biscuits; mug of tea

Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Dinner: home-made beefburgers; oat-bran galette; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Back to where I started!  A reasonable day today, but the weekend brings visitors and the diet prospects aren't good . . .
