Day 91

Weight: 12 st 2.2 lbs
Weight gain: 0.8 lbs
Weight loss this week: 3.8 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 30.8 lbs in 90 days

Breakfast: 1 bowl of honey waffles

Lunch: egg mayonnaise baguette; half a scone and butter; cup of tea

Drinks: diet pepsi; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: prawn galette omelette; glass of squash

Verdict: Well - not unexpected - today's lunch doesn't bode well for tomorrow either.
