Dinner: 1 poppadom; onion bhajis; mushroom bhaji; sag paneer; half portion of pilau rice; half a naan; 1/2 pint of cider; large glass of wine
Verdict: At least that was some weight-loss, but indulged again today - did try to be vaguely sensible, but tomorrow is likely to be another gain.
