Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Snack: 2 biscuits; sultanas and apple; 10-12 celebration chocolates; tea
Lunch: 4 half mini rolls and fillings; toast and trout pate; onion bhaji bites; 2 small scones, jam and cream; apple juice; tea
Dinner: fish and chips (half portion); glass of squash
Verdict: Hurrah - 11stone-something! Unfortunately after today's work buffet and fish and chips I doubt it will last - did do over 17,000 steps though.
