Lunch: cold chicken slices; fried egg; 1 apple; hot white chocolate
Dinner: prawn and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash; large glass of wine
Verdict: At least it's a loss. Indulged a bit today, and had a bit of a sedentary day, so we'll see what tomorrow brings.
