Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt, with a handful of pomegranate wheats; 1 mug of tea
Lunch: cold chicken slices and mayonnaise; 1 cherry vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea
Snack: mug of hot chocolate; cheese and onion crisps
Dinner: onion bhajis; saag paneer; chana massala; pilau rice; plain naan; 2 pints cider; 3 glasses of wine
Verdict: That's more like it - of course I then spoilt it all with a rather indulgent night out!
