Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea
Snack: handful of sultanas; 1 mug of hot chocolate and southern comfort
Dinner: chicken and bean moroccan casserole; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine
Snack: 4 ryvita crackers, margarine and philadelphia; glass of chocolate ruby
Verdict: Well that's a bit more like it - had a very sedentary day today though (did do some steps in the evening) plus a rather hefty dinner and a late night snack, so not feeling too optimistic about tomorrow.
