Dinner: ryvita crackers and tuna mayonnaise; pea cup-a-soup; small glass of wine
Verdict: Well after last night's indulgence not surprising I suppose - today M was ill, and I ended up eating his tea (the soup) as well as my own, plus bara brith, so we'll see what happens tomorrow.
