Lunch: ryvita crackers and tuna mayonnaise; mug of tea
Snack: 1 bread roll and margarine; 8 white chocolate fingers; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner: 2 bread rolls and tuna mayonnaise; glass of wine
Verdict: Wasn't exactly a diet-friendly day yesterday, and today has also been a snacky one (not worth cooking as M still ill). With any luck won't end the week any heavier than I started!
