Weight: 11 st 11.2 lbs

Breakfast: 1 vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 mug of tea

Snack: cinnamon and raisin bagel and jam; 1 hot chocolate and southern comfort

Dinner: prawn galette omelette; 1 glass of squash

Verdict:  Well it was weight loss I suppose.
