Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea; 2 shortbread biscuits
Lunch: 2.5 slices of granary bread; cheese and tomato; egg mayonnaise; sponge cake; shortbread biscuit; orange juice
Snack: 2 bread rolls and vegemite; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner: 3 crumpets, vegemite and honey; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine
Verdict: Well at least the week registered a weight loss - today was a bread day though as we're still not back on proper food - did walk a lot mind you.
