Lunch: chilli con carne and rice; roast potatoes; rhubarb pie and custard; jelly and ice cream; small glass of wine; 1 mug of tea
Snack: hot chocolate with southern comfort
Dinner: cinnamon and raisin bagel and philadelphia; glass of squash; small glass of wine.
Verdict: Well I suppose any loss has to be seen in a positive light . . . lunch wasn't exactly diet friendly again - did some jogging on the spot to make up for no actual walking.
