Day 225

Weight: 11 st 11.4 lbs
Weight gain: 1.4 lbs
Weight gain this week: 2 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 35.6 lbs in 224 days

Breakfast: 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea; 1 hot chocolate

Dinner: chilli con carne; rice; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: B****r.  Ah well, there we go.  Must do better - although a huge portion of chilli and rice probably won't help.
