Breakfast: 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea
Lunch: 1 tuna mayonnaise roll; 1 slice of bread and cheese; 1 mug of tea; 1 mug of hot chocolate
Dinner: prawn galette omelette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash
Verdict: Had hoped not to put any on, but there we go - 3.2 lbs wasn't bad for the week all considered. Had bread again today, so we'll see how it goes tomorrow (which is a train and sandwich day so not likely to be the best itself).
