Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 orange and chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea
Snack: handful of raisins; 2 mugs of hot chocolate and southern comfort
Dinner: chicken and mushroom stir-fry; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash
Verdict: Bit disappointed with that - haven't done as much in the way of exercise today either. Need to see some weight loss soon . . .
