Day 223

Weight: 11 st 10.4 lbs
Weight gain: 1.2 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1 lb in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 36.6 lbs in 222 days

Breakfast: 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 7 ryvita crackers, margarine, philadelphia and jam; 1 mug of tea

Snack: half a piece of toffee cake; half a chocolate coconut biscuit; mug of tea; 2 pints of cider; mini-cheddars; bacardi and diet coke

Dinner: chana massala; palak paneer; pilau rice; plain naan; glass of wine

Verdict: Bah humbug.  Major indulgences today as well, although did also do an awful lot of gardening / walking.
