Day 220

Weight: 11 st 10 lbs
Weight gain: 0.4 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.6 lbs in 2 days
Weight loss to date: 37 lbs in 219 days

Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt

Lunch: 1small banana; 1 no-fat cherry yoghurt; 

Snack: 1 cinnamon and raisin bagel with philadelphia; 1 mug of hot chocolate and southern comfort

Dinner: prawn galette omelette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash

Verdict: Had hoped not to put on today but there we go - reasonable day except for the afternoon snack - and did get a few steps in, so hoping for better tomorrow.
