Lunch: 1.5 slices of bread; chicken; cheese; salad; fruit; orange juice; 1 cup of tea
Dinner: pasta and tomato salad; 2 shrewsbury biscuits; bacardi and diet coke
Verdict: It was an early start so not too upset with the slight gain - long day, did get some walking in, but a good 10 hours on trains as well, and of course very Dukan-unfriendly!
