Day 217

Weight: 11 st 8.8 lbs
Weight loss: 0.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 3.8 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 38.2 lbs in 216 days

Breakfast: 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt and a handful of pomegranate wheats; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 1 tuna mayonnaise roll; cinnamon and raisin bagel and philadelphia; 1 mug of tea; 2 mugs of hot chocolate

Dinner: chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Happy with that too, thus far it has been a good week of weight loss - did have a rather un-Dukan lunch though - if I can hold it together tomorrow just need another week like this next week, and I'll be back to where I was before Christmas!
