Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt, with a handful of mornflake oat crunch; 1 mug of tea
Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; half a chocolate chip muffin; 1 mug of tea
Snack: 2 ryvita crackers and vegemite; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner: smoked salmon scrambled egg; oat-bran galette; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine
Verdict: A bit better, and a reasonable sort of day on the whole, so hopefully tomorrow won't see a reversal of fortune!
