Weight: 11 st 10.6 lbs
Weight loss: 0.2 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.2 lbs in 2 days
Weight loss to date: 36.4 lbs in 233 days

Breakfast: 1 bowl of mornflake oat crunch; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 orange chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; packet of baked cheese and onion crisps

Snack: mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: smoked salmon, mushroom and leek omelette; oat-bran galette; bacardi and diet coke

Verdict:  Well it was a loss I suppose!
