Day 270

Weight: 11 st 9.6 lbs
Weight loss: 0 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.8 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 37.4 lbs in 269 days

Breakfast: 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt with a handful of cranberry wheats; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: leek and potato soup; bread roll and cheese; glass of water

Dinner: chicken and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; bacardi and diet coke; glass of port

Verdict:  Well at least it wasn't weight gain.
