Dinner: 1.5 bagels and philadelphia; 1 mullerlight apple rice pudding; diet coke; lemsip
Verdict: That was a nice surprise - today was mostly spent on a train though, and dinner wasn't very diet friendly, plus tomorrow will probably be worse . . .
