Weight: 11 st 10 lbs
Weight gain: 1.2 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1.8 lbs in 7 days

Breakfast: 1 toffee mullerlight yoghurt and a handful of mornflake oat crunch; mug of tea

Lunch: jacket potato and tuna mayonnaise; 1 cup of tea

Dinner: chicken curry; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Not good.
