Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt with a handful of oat crunch; 1 mug of tea
Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; 2 chocolate biscuits; 1 cup of tea
Snack: 1.5 slices of victoria sponge; 1 cup of tea; 6 or 7 jelly sweets; 1 packet of cheese and onion crisps; diet coke
Dinner: chana massala; saag paneer; pilau rice; 1/4 naan; diet coke; glass of wine
Verdict: At least I lost something over the course of the week - seriously fell of the wagon today though!
