Day 260

Weight: 11 st 11 lbs
Weight gain: 0.6 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.4 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 36 lbs in 259 days

Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea

Snack: mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: roast potatoes; bubble and squeak, cold chicken; glass of squash

Verdict: Not unexpected after yesterday's blow-out. Mopping up leftovers tonight, then it is time to be good.
