Weight: 11 st 11 lbs
Weight gain: 0.4 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.4 lbs in 1 day
Weight loss to date: 36 lbs in 253 days

Breakfast: 2 slices of bara brith; ginger biscuits; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 5 crumpets, vegemite, golden syrup; bread and vegemite; mug of tea

Snack: lindt chocolates; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: beans on toast; glass of squash; glass of wine (or 2)

Verdict: Still feeling a bit rough, had this cold for a couple of weeks now - today was definitely a carb fest . . .
