Day 268

Weight: 11 st 10.8 lbs
Weight gain: 2 lbs
Weight gain this week: 2 lbs in 1 day
Weight loss to date: 36.2 lbs in 267 days

Breakfast: 1 vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt with a handful of cranberry wheats; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 1 cinnamon and raisin bagel and margarine; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner:  hot chicken baguette; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine

Verdict: Well, nobody to blame but myself.  Not really a diet day today, but didn't eat that much!
